New COVID-19 Requirements
Fill out Covid-19 Waiver NO MORE then 24 hours before your appointment (Link to waiver will be sent in email appointment reminder). Please arrive on time and text me to let me know you have arrived. I will then greet you at the front entrance of Sola. In order to proceed with your appointment you must be wearing a face mask. I will have a limited supply of masks for a $2.00 fee if you do not have one. Use the provided hand sanitizer once you enter Sola. Come to your appointment alone, I will only be able to have one client in the studio at a time. (Minors can be accompanied by one adult if they are receiving a service) If you are showing any signs or symptoms of being ill please reschedue your appointment for a later date.
New/First Time Clients
Beyond the Brow asks for ALL clients to please use the Square online booking link by clicking the button below. You are able to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed through the link. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to fill out any required paperwork. (Paperwork will be accessible online during Covid-19) For the over all atmosphere of the Salons/Studios please try to find child care if you have little ones, so you and other clients can receive the full relaxing studio experience.
At Beyond the Brow all clients will receive a 5 minute grace period. Because some of the services offered are only 20 minutes long, it is imperative that you arrive on time. Anyone that arrives AFTER the 5 minute grace period will have to be rescheduled for another day and time, so I can stay on time with the other appointments for that day. If you have to reschedule due to ARRIVING LATE you will be charged the late cancellation fee for your appointment.
Beyond the Brows cancellation policy allows for you to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without a fee. All late cancellations will be charged 50% of your total service, and all no call, no shows will be charged 100% of your service.
