New/First Time Clients

Beyond the Brow asks for ALL clients to please use the Square online booking link by clicking the button below. You are able to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed through the link. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to fill out any required paperwork. For the over all atmosphere of the Salons/Studios please try to find child care if you have little ones, so you and other clients can receive the full relaxing studio experience.

 

 

Late Policy

 

At Beyond the Brow all clients will receive a 5 minute grace period. Because some of the services offered are only 20 minutes long, it is imperative that you arrive on time. Anyone that arrives AFTER the 5 minute grace period will have to be rescheduled for another day and time, so I can stay on time with the other appointments for that day.  If you have to reschedule due to ARRIVING LATE  you will be charged the late cancellation fee for your appointment.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Beyond the Brows cancellation policy allows for you to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time without a fee. All late cancellations (within 48 hours) will be charged 50% of your total service, all same day cancellations and no call, no shows will be charged 100% of your service.
